EYFS
The Early Years Foundation Stage is the government’s standard for the learning, development and care of children from birth to five years old.
It is embedded in all that we do at Jubilee Day Nursery and children are active participators in their own learning.
Child-centered Learning
Each child has multiple ways of expressing themselves and we value and encourage child-centred learning. All our learning is fun and, vitally, carried out through play which is at the heart of how children learn.
We use a secure online learning journal to record all the learning and fun of your child’s early years education which, alongside practitioners’ observations, ensures family can record special moments instantly. It creates a strong partnership between home and nursery and contributes to your child’s whole ‘story’.
